Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY. All returns must be back to us within 14 business days of the date received.
Please ship return items to the return address stated on the original shipping label.
All items must be returned with a packing slip inside. We HAVE to have the Order#. We cannot provide credit if we don't know who the return is for.
Customer has to pay return shipping.
We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we receive your return please have patience.
Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is held responsible for shipping & handling costs of the returned item(s)
Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn. In NEW condition meaning, odor free & must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up etc.
If your return is rejected you will be notified and responsible for shipping costs back to you.
All sale items and ACCESSORIES are final sale and can NOT be returned.
